L'ANSE, MI-- A Wisconsin man was injured in a car-motorcycle accident in Baraga County over the weekend.
State Police from the Calumet Post say the crash happened Sunday around 7:35 p.m. on US-41 in L’Anse.
The 59-year-old rider from Florence hit a car driven by a 17-year-old Baraga resident. The vehicle’s driver and a passenger were taken to Baraga Memorial Hospital, treated and released. The driver of the motorcycle was also taken to Baraga memorial, then later transferred to Marquette General Hospital, where he continues to be treated.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
