DELTA COUNTY, MI— The Delta County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal traffic crash on County Road 420 Wednesday.
The vehicle was eastbound near 0 Lane when the driver lost control. The vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole.
Deputies say a passenger died as a result of his injuries. The driver was treated for his injuries and released.
The accident remains under investigation.
The Escanaba Township Fire Department assisted at the scene.
