NMU Board Defers Radio/TV Decision

Marquette – The Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees has once again put off a decision regarding the future of Public Broadcasting on campus. The Board said in August it would make a decision this month to either close down or fund a certain portion of the budgets for Public Radio 90 and Public TV 13. Trustees have asked for more information regarding the academic value of the stations, particularly for Public TV 13, and say they will render their decision in December.
