Marquette, MI – A sentencing date has been set for a Gulliver man charged with possession of child pornography. Gary Conrad Heet, 59, has pleaded guilty to one count of a federal information charging him with possession of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. The offense is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment, three years supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. Heet has been released on bond pending sentencing. A hearing has been set for July 12 in Marquette Federal Court.
