Ishpeming Township, MI – Troopers from the Negaunee post are searching for a man who robbed the Peninsula Bank in Ishpeming Township. The suspect entered the bank around 11 a.m. Saturday, waved a gun, and took an unspecified amount of money. He then fled in a black, Dodge Ram 1500 Series pickup truck. The man is described as being in his 30s, about six feet tall, 300 pounds, and wearing a white t-shirt, dark shorts, and a royal blue baseball cap. Anyone with information regarding the robbery is asked to call the Negaunee post at 475-9922.
