Sawyer, MI – Sawyer International Airport is temporarily cutting one of its flights. Officials say American Eagle Airlines is making seasonal adjustments to its flight schedule.
Beginning March 2 and continuing through April 5, American Eagle is suspending Flight 4179, nonstop jet service from Sawyer to Chicago O'Hare International Airport at 9:20 a.m.
Sawyer officials say they're making every attempt to notify affected passengers, but some reservations were made through online travel sites like Expedia and Travelocity and local telephone numbers are not always available to agents.
Any passengers booked on American Eagle between March 2 and April 5 are asked to call American Airlines at 800-433-7300 for rebooking of their itinerary.
