Hancock, MI – A Hancock man is dead, following a single-vehicle accident in the city over the weekend.
Authorities say the crash happened Sunday around 4:15 a.m., just north of Hancock Beach. The 24-year-old driver apparently lost control of his vehicle on a curve. The car flipped, hit a garage, and came to rest against a tree.
The driver, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
