Price of gas down slightly in MI

DEARBORN, MI— Gas prices in Michigan are down 2 cents compared to last week.

AAA Michigan drivers are paying an average of $3.35 per gallon for regular unleaded. That’s 19 cents more than this time last month and

88 cents more than this time last year.

The most expensive gas price average was in the Marquette area, at $3.49 per gallon. The least expensive gas price average was in Saginaw, at $3.29.

Motorists are paying an average of $50 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline. That’s a discount of a dollar from when prices were their highest last November.
