DEARBORN, MI— Gas prices in Michigan are down 4 cents from a week ago.
AAA Michigan says drivers are now paying an average of $3.91 per gallon for regular unleaded. That’s 57 cents less than this time last month, but still 75 cents more than this time last year.
The most expensive gas price average is in the Traverse City area, at $4.15. The least expensive average is in Flint, at $3.75.
Motorists are paying an average of $59 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline, an increase of about $8 from 2021's highest price last November.
