Community Calendar

The Marquette Elks Club is holding a fundraising dinner Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 eastern at the Elks Lodge located at the corner of Bluff and Front Street in Marquette. The public is invited to attend.

The homemade meal includes salad, entree, and dessert.

Dinner proceeds are used for activities and services that support children and veterans in our community.

Books & Banter Book Group
This Book Group welcomes readers interested in a variety of contemporary fiction on the first Wednesday of the month at 10 AM in the Peter White Conference Room at the Peter White Public Library. AARP Foundation Senior Community Service Employment Program is dedicated to creating a future without senior poverty. SCSEP concentrates on assisting those who are 55 years of age or older who would like to volunteer in the community and received paid training for 18-20 hours a week. We are actively enrolling for the SCSEP program, Upper Peninsula wide!
