Warrants were issued after Wiggin failed to return his 3-year-old daughter to her mother at Sawyer December 29.  Police arrested Wiggin in Escanaba as he tried to get a custodial hearing.

The girl was found unharmed with Eggers, who was also arrested.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for the pair January 18 in Marquette County District Court.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
