Aldrich waives arraignment in Houghton County Circuit Court

HOUGHTON, MI--   A Hancock man accused of criminal sexual conduct while he was volunteering with the Houghton High School hockey team has waived his circuit court arraignment.  

Bradley Aldrich, 30, is charged with one count of third-degree CSC and one count of fourth-degree CSC.  Both involve a student between 16 and 18 years old. 

He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted as charged.

A pretrial hearing will be set within 45 days.  Aldrich is out on a personal recognizance bond and is attending a treatment center.
