BESSEMER, MI-- A suspect in an Ironwood breaking-and-entering case has been sentenced on reduced charges.
Minnesota native Dustin German, 23, was initially charged with home invasion, resisting police, and possession of a controlled substance in the January 12 incident. Police found him underneath a tree after following footprints in the snow from the scene of the crime.
German pleaded to a reduced charge of resisting and obstructing. He’s been sentenced to pay nearly $2,000 in court fines, but was given no jail time.
