(ISHPEMING)- The victim in a car-pedestrian accident in Ishpeming has died.
Ishpeming City Police say 64-year old Linda Marie Vanginkel was injured when crossing North Third Street to the National Ski Hall of Fame.
She was hit by a pick-up truck driven by 50 year old Richard Charles Jordan.
Vanginkel died of her injuries this morning at Marquette General Hospital.
Charges against Jordan have been amended by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s office… Jordan is now charged with operating- license suspended, revoked, denied- causing death.
He remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail.
