Manistique woman asked babysitter if she wanted to have sex with husband

MANISTIQUE, MI--   A Manistique woman charged with accosting a child for immoral purposes has pleaded guilty.  

WLUC-TV reports at a hearing Thursday Kathy McDougle, 40, said she was driving with her babysitter in August of 2012.  At her husband’s request, McDougle asked the girl if she would have sex with her husband.  The babysitter said no. 

McDougle pleaded guilty to attempted accosting a child for immoral purposes.  She faces up to two years in jail. 

Sentencing is set for sometime in January. 

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
