ISHPEMING< MI - An Ishpeming woman has been jailed on drug charges. Ishpeming Police and UPSET Detectives executed a search warrant on a suspected meth house in the 100 block of Summit Street yesterday. Numerous meth components , 2-one pot cooks, and a loaded firearm were found in the house. A 27-year old Ishpeming woman was arrested at the scene on charges relating to the manufacture of methamphetamine and lodged in the Marquette County jail. The Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the case.
Ishpeming Police were assisted by UPSET Detectives, Michigan State Police, and the Ishpeming Fire Department.
