GROVER, WI— A Wisconsin man and Michigan woman have been arrested on drug charges during a traffic stop in Marinette County.
On August 15, a sheriff’s deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on US-41 near Rodney Lane in the town of Grover. A K-9 was deployed and alerted to the smell of illegal drugs. The officer found 48.115 grams of cocaine/fentanyl, 32.055 grams of methamphetamine, 14.770 grams of cocaine, and 4.570 grams of black tar heroin.
Arrested were Jason Mills, 45, from Niagara, Wisconsin and Shannon Unrein, 52, from Vulcan, Michigan.
Mills is charged with:
- Possession with intent to deliver cocaine-second or subsequent offense
- Possession with intent to deliver fentanyl-second or subsequent offense
- Possession of cocaine-second or subsequent offense
- Possession with intent to deliver meth-second or subsequent offense
- Possession of narcotic drugs-second or subsequent offense
- Maintaining a drug trafficking place-second or subsequent offense
- Felony bail jumping
Unrein is charged with:
- Possession with intent to deliver cocaine-second or subsequent offense
- Possession with intent to deliver fentanyl-second or subsequent offense
- Possession of cocaine-second or subsequent offense
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine-second or subsequent offense
- Maintaining a drug trafficking place-second or subsequent offense
