ESCANABA, MI— The Escanaba Department of Public Safety says a garage was destroyed by fire early Tuesday morning.
Officers were dispatched around 2:40 a.m. to the 300 block of South 7th Street and found the garage had already collapsed onto a vehicle parked inside.
Firefighters remained on scene for about two hours. The vehicle, garage, and all its contents were a total loss.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
