CENTRAL, MI— The Keweenaw County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a building fire in Central Location.
Keweenaw Report says Sunday around 9 p.m. deputies responded to the ghost town to assist the Allouez Township Volunteer Fire Department. An old house owned by the Keweenaw County Historical Society was fully engulfed when they arrived.
Nobody was in the building at the time and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
