UNDATED - In accordance with recommendations from the governor and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, a public hearing on the Eagle Mine and Humboldt Mill air applications is being postponed. The state is taking proactive steps to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in Michigan.
The informational session and public hearing were scheduled for Wednesday in Ishpeming’s Westwood High School Auditorium. The public comment period remains open.
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy will announce a new date for the meeting at Michigan.gov/egle
