MARQUETTE, MI— Twelve Feeding America West Michigan mobile food pantries are scheduled to make stops in the Upper Peninsula in August.
The “farmers markets on wheels” offer fresh produce, dairy, and baked goods, and can feed between 100 and 400 households. Participants do not need to show proof of income, but they will have to affirm they’re in need of food.
