Northern Arts & Culture: Rocky Horror Show is back in Marquette this October

Masonic Arts Theatre Fellowship

An interview with Bobby Glenn Brown, Dr. Frank N. Furter

It's time to do the time warp again this October.

Rocky Horror Show is back to spook and thrill you with the music, lyrics, and book by Richard O'Brien beloved by many. Rocky Horror's rock 'n' roll take on sci-fi and B-movie genres brings Brad, Janet, Dr. Frank 'N' Furter, and other familiar characters together for experiments, adventure, music, and more.

A dedicated troupe of actors from the greater Marquette region will present the Rocky Horror Show starting Friday, October 21st in the Masonic Center's Red Room, as a MATI (Masonic Arts, Theatre & Innovation Company) event.

Kurt Hauswirth spoke with Bobby Glenn Brown, the long-time player of Dr. Frank 'N 'Furter, about this year's production:

Kurt lives in Marquette with his family and can’t imagine living anywhere else. He loves music, games, running, being near water, and a fine cold brew coffee.
