Chippewa County men arrested for criminal sexual conduct

SAULT STE. MARIE, MI--   Two Kincheloe men have been arrested for raping a Dafter woman.

The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Office says last Friday afternoon the victim was home alone with a young child when two men entered the house.  The men chased her into a bedroom and took turns assaulting her while the other man held the door shut. 

Officials believe the suspects knew the victim and also knew she was basically alone at the time.

Andre Hudak, 25, was arrested Monday and charged with 1^st-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to commit penetration, kidnapping/restraining victim for CSC, and 1^st-degree home invasion. 

Alonzo Upchurch, 19, was also arrested Monday and charged with conspiracy to commit 1^st-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to commit penetration, kidnapping/restraining victim for CSC, and 1^st-degree home invasion.
