WELLS TOWNSHIP, MI-- A garage in Wells Township has been destroyed by fire.
The Escanaba Department of Public Safety responded Saturday around 11:10 p.m. to a residence on North 2nd Street and found the garage fully engulfed.
The garage and its contents are a total loss. The adjacent house sustained minor damage to its exterior, as did two vehicles parked close to the garage.
Officers were at the scene for about 2.5 hours. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
