MARQUETTE, MI-- M-28 between Munising and Kawbawgam Road in Marquette County is reopened as of 5
p.m. Thursday. The stretch was blocked by police much of Wednesday and Thursday because of high winds and zero visibility.
Police are reminding drivers to be careful on the highway and adjust their speed according to changing weather conditions.
