NMU Music Holiday Collage Concerts 12-6-18 / 12-7-17
Get jolly with holiday collage concerts, from the NMU Music Department!  We’re taking a look back at two different collections of performers as they present music sure to inspire warmth and goodwill this time of year.

Marquette Choral Society: Cantatas at the Cathedral (from 2017)
In 2017, the Marquette Choral Society presented “Laudate Dominum: Cantatas at the Cathedral.” The cantatas included Benjamin Britten's "St. Nicolas Cantata" and Arthur Honegger's "Une Cantate de Noël.” The Marquette Choral Society was joined by the Diosesan Children's Choir.

Marquette Choral Society: Carols in the Cathedral 2019 “Angelic Voices”
The Marquette Choral Society presents their annual Christmas masterworks concert, featuring Ottorino Respighi's Lauda per la Nativita del Signore ("Laud to the Nativity of the Lord") and Marc-Antoine Charpentier's Messe de Minuit pour Noel ("Midnight Mass").

Carols in the Cathedral: MCS Double Feature
Hear a Marquette Choral Society Double Feature with Carols in the Cathedral from a 2015 performance, as well as some favorites from former director Dr. Floyd Slotterback.
