A bus then took them to D.C.-area landmarks, including the World War II Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the National Mall.

The four from Jacobetti are all veterans of the Vietnam War.

The vets returned from the nation’s capital to the Delta County Airport around 8:30 Wednesday night.
