The League of Women Voters of Marquette County will hold its next general membership meeting on Wednesday, November 5th at 6:45 p.m. Social time begins at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Heritage Room on the 2nd floor of Peter White Public Library, 217 N. Front St., Marquette. The business meeting will be followed by a presentation by David Allen on the City of Marquette's Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
