On Friday, July 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Friends of the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library will have a sale of used books in the Leverton Community Room on the lower level of the library. From 10 until noon, hardcover books will be two dollars, while paperbacks will be one dollar. All will be half price from noon until 2, while pricing will be five dollars a bag from 2 until 4.

Also featured at the sale will be the 2025 historic Ishpeming calendar. Other merchandise items include t-shirts, both long and short sleeved, and tote bags, all with the ICPL logo. Other items are notecards, recipe books, and 10 different ornaments of Ishpeming landmarks.
