UPDATE--(9/6/13, 11 a.m.)-- Douglas Lloyd Loven, 50, was arraigned on one count of possession with intent to deliver less than 50 grams of cocaine. The charge is punishable by up to 20 years in prison. Loven has been released on a $25,000 surety bond.

CALUMET, MI-- The Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team has arrested a Calumet man on felony drug charges.
Following an undercover investigation detectives apprehended the 50-year-old on August 14. UPSET seized about an ounce of cocaine in the incident.
The suspect is charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of marijuana. He remains lodged in the Houghton County Jail, pending arraignment.
