An interview with Len Fieber of Beaver Chew Furniture

Len Fieber collaborates with nature to produce high-end contemporary furniture and displays. His collaborators are beavers, and his materials are what is left behind by these industrious animals.

Beaver Chew Furniture is the name of Len Fieber's project which creates contemporary and artistic furniture and accessories from his love of the outdoors and the materials he finds. Along with design input from his wife, Martha, Len makes furniture and other items "from the sticks left behind after the beaver has eaten the bark and leaves." Len forages for materials by taking canoe trips across numerous water sources and comes back with inspiration and the necessary pieces for his creations.
